Minutes of Meeting – June 2, 2015
The Hudson Planning Board met at the Town Hall, 78 Main Street, Hudson, Massachusetts.
At 7:00 PM, Bob D’Amelio called the meeting to order.
Present: Bob D’Amelio, Dirk Underwood, David Daigneault and Teresa Vickery, Clerk.
ANR – 497 Main Street
Present was: Jose Moreira, Atty. at Law
The Board is in receipt of a letter from Tom DiPersio outlining the request. In the letter he states that the existing property is 8.5 acres in area and has 713 feet of frontage on Main Street. He is proposing to divide the lot into two lots. Lot 1 would be 64,735 square feet in area with 298.76 feet of frontage onto Main Street. The existing house and barn will be contained within this lot. Lot 2 will have 6.99 acres of land and 415 feet of frontage onto Main Street.
The Board had no issues.
David Daigneault, seconded by Dirk Underwood, made a motion to accept the plan entitled “Plan of Land in Hudson, MA” as drawn by Thomas DiPersio, Jr. Associates, Inc., Marlboro, MA and dated April 30, 2015 and Authorize the Agent to sign.
Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous

Bob D’Amelio, seconded by David Daigneault, made a motion to accept the minutes of May 19, 2015, as written.
Vote: 3-0-0, Unanimous

Dirk Underwood, seconded by David Daigneault, moved to adjourn at 7:15 PM.
